Home Search
It’s heartbreaking when you fall in love with a home but the monthly payments are unrealistic. That is why the first question I ask my clients is, “What is your comfortable monthly budget?”, and then we work from there. I set my clients up on an e-mail drip with their search criteria sending them properties that work within both their needs and budget.
I will:
Curate a personal e-mail search catered towards your needs and monthly budget.
Schedule Private Showings.
Review comparative market analysis.
Draft and review the purchase contract and any relevant addendums.
Negotiate with the Seller’s agent on your behalf.
Due Diligence
What sets me apart from other agents is my commitment to due diligence, providing my clients with as much knowledge as possible. This includes recommending additional inspections beyond the home inspection as needed, including gas inspections for gas leaks, sewer scoping to check for cracks in the sewer pipes, roof inspections to verify the roof’s longevity, and more.
I will:
Schedule and coordinate the general home inspection and any other additional inspection as needed.
Assist with navigating the Condominium Documents, Association Documents, and Title Report.
Attend Final Walk Through with you.
